U.S. Polo Assn. offers Courier Services to anywhere within South Africa.
Our standard courier lead time will be approximately 2 to 5 working days.
Please contact us should you wish to receive your order from outside of South Africa and we will assist with a quotation for courier costs.

If you wish to return an item, please return the item in the same condition you have received it: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels attached following the instructions below.
Our goodwill return policy entitles you to a credit for an item brought online with a valid receipt or parcel summary documentation within 28 days, excluding sale items. Sale items must be returned within 14 days of receipt of goods.
Please return the parcel to our Head Office – Stable Brands (Pty)Ltd. 445 Jan Smuts Avenue, Blairgowrie, Randburg, 2194.
Please retain a receipt as proof of courier. You, the customer will cover the cost of courier.
We only accept returns via courier and not the South African Post Office.
Items must be in the same condition you received them: unworn, unwashed, in original packaging with labels attached.
If your return complies with our returns policy, we will email you a credit voucher for the value of the purchase price of the product.
All refunds are processed by U.S. Polo Assn. within 10 working days of receipt of goods. During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 14 working days.
Unfortunately, on the rare occasion you receive a faulty item, this will be replaced free of charge.
Due to hygiene reasons, our underwear is non-returnable except on faulty goods.
